Support is worse than useless. I bought into all upgrades, and for a variety of personal reasons did not use the system for the first couple of months. I have been unable to login, and the support team denies that this problem exists. When my payment information needed updating in early July I was unable to get assistance to rectify access problems and update billing information with the net result I am locked out, i.e they have had $500 from me (with the upgrades accounting for about half of this) and I appear to be barred from accessing the system. Money down the drain, and as far as I am concerned equivalent to theft or fraud. Its a slow and steady way of learning Internet Marketing and is perfect for newbies. These guys have some great tools and are strait up good guys. I have not built any sites using their niche packages but have used a lot of the include tools, a very good system if your focused and patient.
