Upon receiving the completed Ticket to Work card a representative from a participating work agency will contact the ticket holder to perform a formal interview by phone. This interview will allow the agency to understand the disabilities of the ticket holder. Non-profit Agencies contract with Social Security to locate job opportunities for people with disabilities. These are people who are no longer able to commute back and forth to an office and are considered home bound.
