And to add even more, there are at least two ways to go about that. Buying old established sites, revamping them and selling at a higher price; and creating new websites and selling as a startup. In fact, a site was sold on flippa today for $250,000 and it was a site that doesn't make any revenue itself. I've sold many sites for a lot of money with the highest amount being $48,000 last year. Of course, those are high end and non-typical results, but you can certainly earn a few hundred to a few thousand dollars per month from site flipping on a consistent basis.
